Survey Tools? Of course! Yet, research is so much more! Interview tools (see Agredea.com) for example. Who can do with out when conducting qualitative Research? May be not entirely free, but a bargain for sure!

  2. I can’t believe that I haven’t come across your site before. There is so much to find online about choosing the most useful software! Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming.

Another good tool we like to use is NETQ http://www.netq-survey.com. It’s a very easy-to-use surveytool with advanced features.
They also have a free version I believe.
