5 great (and free) web site templates

There are many free web site templates out there but sometimes it can be hard to weed through all the junk to get to the good stuff. Many are outdated (yes there are a few of those on this site too) and many still use tables or frames for their layout.
Below are 5 of my personal favourite CSS templates from various sites.
