@ templateshack, agreed, the less editing the better for sure.
@ austin Free templates have the advantage of being free and can still be of excellent quality. I suppose the disadvantage would be that others are possibly using the same template. Which is why it’s important to customize the template at least a little to make it yours.

When looking for a website template, make sure the design you choose is very close to the funtionality and style you want for your site. The less a beginner needs to get into the changing the coding, the sooner their site can be online.
